Client: Fresno State Bulldog Foundation
The visual identity for this year's Day of Giving drew from the Athletic Department's motto "It Takes All of Us" and the University's "Pride of the Valley" campaign, expressed through three visual formats: collages, keepsakes, and postcards. Collages capture the collective spirit of the Bulldog Foundation motto by highlighting the people and programs that make Fresno State Athletics possible. Keepsakes celebrate the meaningful moments and memories that define "Pride of the Valley". Postcards share the distinctive people, places, and legacy of Fresno State Athletics.
These visual formats are further brought to life by details and effects like torn paper edges, patchwork logos, polaroid frames, and textured backgrounds, providing an intentionally weathered and cohesive human feel to the graphics.
To boost engagement, the Bulldog Foundation team and I expanded the deliverables for this year to include additional lead-up and day-of social media graphics. The lead-up graphics featured a 14-day countdown, with one day dedicated to each athletic team, building awareness across the department ahead of the event. The day-of graphics included Instagram Story posts for each team with direct donation links to their respective funds, making it easy for folks to give in the moment.
The 2026 Day of Giving Campaign was another record-breaking year for the Bulldog Foundation, raising over $100,000 more than the previous year and receiving over 100 additional gifts, making it the strongest performance the campaign has seen.
